Never worry about the day-to-day operations of your business again.
Running your business shouldn’t mean being held back by your backend operations, managing every little detail, or spending sleepless nights wondering how you’ll revive this apparatus you’ve created.
We know what it feels like to be stretched too thin—trying to serve your clients, scale your business sustainably, and doing everything you can to balance business and your personal life. Not to mention finding someone who matches your values who you can actually trust to help lead your business.
You need our OBM, Sammy.

Either together with you, with other team members, or solo, I’ll take an idea and plan the project needed for it to come to fruition. This includes needed resources, people, technology, timelines, project deliverables, and mapping it all out.
I’ll also manage the project once it starts, leading the kick-off call, setting it up in our project management system, delegating necessary tasks, checking in with team members regularly, delivering project updates to all stakeholders, anticipating bottlenecks, and making executive decisions as the project progresses.
-
Similar to project planning and management, I will, either with you, with other team members, or solo, plan upcoming launches from start to finish including timelines, deliverables, anticipated bumps along the way, team members needed, and much more.
I’ll even assist in or lead the execution of the launch, solving problems as they arise, being the main point of contact for anyone involved, and extended business hours for assistance as needed. Plus, you know, making sure tech is working, workflows are ready (well beforehand), and whatever we’re launching is ready for the big day.
-
I’ll help you decide on KPIs if you do not already have them and what metrics we need to be looking at to help you reach your goals.
I will document and report on those metrics periodically to the team and use them to help make decisions toward growth.
-
I am not a professional marketer.
However, I do I offer some light marketing support as needed:

There’s so many, I will probably leave some out, so please ask if I do not mention something you’re looking for. These are in no particular order than how they came to mind.

OBM Packages Include Customized Support AND:
-
Access to my team of virtual assistants in case you need more support due to time constraints or availability of other team members. The best part is if we decide to bring on someone from my VA team to support, I’ll take care of it all: training, delegation, and ensuring timeliness with deliverables.
-
**A 30-minute minimum 1:1 meeting is required each week with Sammy.
We’ll meet each week to talk about the previous week, give and receive updates, discuss our goals for the upcoming week, plan for delegation, pinpoint any issues we’ve had or foresee, and discuss next steps to ensure you have the space you need to reach your goals and make those big dreams come true.
-
These only apply if you have a team and want weekly team meetings.
I’ll facilitate weekly whole team (or “department”) meetings to keep us all on track, provide updates, and ensure we’re all aligned. I’ll even beg the team to do cheesy icebreakers and team building activities if that’s your jam.
-
This is most likely the biggest reason you’re hiring me: so you can get everything to work together and talk to each other.
I’ll research solutions, answer questions, automate, integrate, and train the team on new tools and tech so you can worry about what we’re launching next instead of if the tech is going to work.

This is an extra monthly meeting, up to 2 hours long, to focus on your goals and what you need to move the needle in your business. Here are some of the meetings current and former clients have needed:
Monthly Finance Meeting
We reviewed all sales, leads, spending, etc and used that data to make decisions about budget for the next month—specifically ad spend.
Monthly Team Trainings
One client I worked with wanted me to use this time to train team members on something new each month such as best practices, new tech, or whatever.
Monthly Project Review
My client and I used this meeting to talk through project updates, look at progress, identify issues, determine if it was matching our timeline and make decisions.
Strategic Planning Meeting
One client like for me to sit with her and take notes as she talked through everything she was interested in doing for the next month or quarter and then help her plan out what could reasonably be done and what it would take to make it happen.
Body Doubling/CoWorking
I had another client who wanted me to sit with them and work. Basically we did our own things, but we made sure we were both working toward our goal and checked in every 30 minutes to keep us accountable and talk through any issues that arose.
-
Each quarter, I will review the systems we’re using and make suggestions for improvement if needed or tweak anything that needs to be tweaked to ensure we are meeting your goals.
